2 Day Elementary PD, June 2024
Science PD for 3, 4, 5, and 6
Using Science Investigations to Motivate Students to Read, Write, and Engage in Discourse
Join us for two days of science professional development taught by Brett Moulding this summer. This professional development will model three-dimensional science instruction while helping you learn the science content for your grade level. The PD provides insights into science teaching and learning consistent with the Utah SEEd Standards and A Framework for K-12 Science Education.
Teachers who attend will be given access to the TeachFX tool to get personalized and objective feedback to gain insights about their instruction. Teachers will leave the session with lesson plans for all the SEEd standards at their grade level and an understanding of the importance and strategies for integrating language arts into science instruction. A book and lunch are included in the $250 registration. Check with your principal and district science coordinator for the funding for this workshop. If you have questions please email Brett [email protected]
