To maintain the fidelity of your professional learning experience, we will model the science investigations online just as if we were together in person. To maintain fidelity for those who chose to participate live-online, we will send you our new book, Engaging Students in Science Investigations Using GRC and all the necessary equipment (e.g., laser thermometer, magnifying glass, ping-pong balls) and consumable materials you will need to do the investigations during the workshop prior to the professional development. This will enable you to engage in this professional learning whether you chose to attend in person or online.
The live online experience will provide an opportunity for us to have a meaningful professional learning experience together while also modeling effective online science teaching and learning. We hope you will join us for this August professional learning. In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy.
